We blinked and September was gone! Now, it's October and the holidays are RIGHT around the corner! With the holidays coming, Goddess Fitness has gift certificates - don't forget to grab one or two for family and friends or for yourself! We can't believe this is our fifth issue of our newsletter - TIME FLIES WHEN YOU'RE HAVING FUN!
We are SO EXCITED that we are FINALLY opening our doors during the daytime. Okay - so it's only one day right now but next month it will be two days!!! Look for lunch-time classes starting mid-October!
Also, the Total Control program is still coming this fall so don't forget to ask about when classes are starting! What?!? - you don't know about the Total Control program??? Well, how about a class that teaches you how to build your pelvic floor muscles and gives a whole new meaning to improving your sex life?
Please join us on October 27th for our first ever Halloween party! There will be contests for all with prizes, of course and this month we are RAFFLING OFF A BRAND NEW REMOVABLE POLE! Raffle tickets will be $10 a ticket and they can be purchased at the studio all month until the Halloween party. Hope that everyone will be able to join us!

1st ANNUAL HALLOWEEN PARTY! |
Acle Subhe Okay Ladies, we are having our 1st Annual Halloween Party at Goddess Fitness! The party will be October 27th at 2pm so let's dress up in our best (and sexiest) costumes and come out and have some fun! This is just for us girlie girls - so no men or no kiddies allowed but absolutely bring your girlfriends! We will be having spin contests, costume contests, hula hoop contests and a  $10 raffle for a brand new removable pole! Tickets will be sold throughout the month of October! So buy your raffle tickets TODAY!! ! |

Tina fell in love with pole instantly two years ago when she went to a "Pole Party" at a friend's house. At that moment in her life, she was looking for something different to do for a workout and had become dis-enchanted with the gym. "I felt like a hamster on one of those running wheels - same workout classes and routines that I had been doing for the last five years. BORING!!" She started her search for something fun-filled and exciting that would also be empowering! It just so happened that several of her friends were looking for the same thing! "Once I tried pole dancing I was hooked and couldn't wait to start class! Who would have thought two years later not only would I be teaching something I absolutely love but co-owning Goddess Fitness with Jenn!" Tina loves the fact that Goddess Fitness is all about empowering women to "Releash the Goddess Within" and a little sex kitten too! Tina has incredible support from her awesome husband and fabulous children - all 5 of them! | |
Goddesses, Vixens, and Divas- the NEW & IMPROVED (and BIGGER) Goddess Fitness studio is in Bethesda, MD waiting for you! We have MORE poles; we have a larger area for our chair/striptease class; and Booty-luscious classes. All class schedules are posted on our website - www.goddessfitness.com or you can stop by and take a look and register for classes at 4931-B St. Elmo Avenue, Bethesda, MD 20814. You can also give us a call at 301-654-2007.
REMEMBER LADIES - For those of you that don't have a pole at home to practice your new awesome spins and fabulous routines, you now can at Goddess Fitness. You can come to the studio and practice to your heart's content. We are offering hour long practice sessions for $15! Check out our calendar on our website www.goddessfitness.com. Registration is required (we want to make sure we have enough poles for everyone to practice on!).
Please remember that classes are scheduled according to the demand of our students and are subject to change. So if you want a class and it's on not the schedule, just ask and we will do our best to accommodate.
PLEASE REMEMBER prepayment is required to reserve your spot in class.
